About Us

For as far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a teacher. When I obtained my teaching qualifications, I was over the moon. I could finally achieve my life’s purpose. Helping children reach their full potential. Therefore, despite the negative experience, I decided to tough it out. Especially after arriving at the realisation that most students wanted to learn, only a handful of students were responsible for the disruption.

When I arrive at that realisation, I told myself, it was unconscionable to quit on most students who were prepared to learn because of the behaviour of a few. I resolved to find a way of managing the behaviour of the few disruptors.

My desire to share my learning with the wider teaching profession led to the creation of this website. The website provides tips and strategies for effective classroom behaviour management. We compile resources from academic research and tried and tested classroom behaviour management strategies from around the world.
